Product Description FAQ Q1: What devices can RIVER run? A: RIVER can power devices up to 1200W with EcoFlow X-Boost technology. However, please note that X-Boost may not be compatible with all electrical appliances, especially those with strict voltage requirements in the range of 600-1800W. It is also important to avoid exceeding the power limits of 1200W (without X-Boost) or 1800W (with X-Boost). Exceeding these limits may overload the power supply and render it unusable. Examples of appliances that should not be powered by RIVER include air conditioners, fridge-freezers, microwaves, and ovens.

Q2: How long will RIVER run my device? A: The approximate run time of RIVER can be calculated using the formula ≈ 288Wh*0.85/operating wattage of your device. Different output power levels have different inverter efficiencies, which in turn affect the use time of the electrical appliance.

Q3: Why does the battery lose power when not in use? A: The unit may be in standby mode, where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter consume up to 50W of power. To prevent power loss, make sure to long press the power button to completely turn off the unit. If power loss still occurs when the unit is completely off, try calibrating the battery by fully recharging it to 100% and using it until it reaches 0% two or three times. If the issue persists, please contact customer support for assistance.
